Part Nine Of My Response To Ron Paul Hater Barry Germansky

Barry Germansky: “So the Pauls [Ron and Rand] are really getting away with murder here because they’re stuck on their own distorted view of the Constitution that they claim says that the Free Market and Capitalism is Constitutional, but education departments and food regulatory bodies are not Constitutional, is just made up. Its their own paradigm. Its warped and its crazy so they’re rightfully called crazy by many more liberal minded media outlets and by anyone that is sane.”

Henry Moore: ‘Afraid’, ‘embarrassed’, ‘fool’, ‘getting away with murder’, ‘distorted’, ‘made up’, ‘warped’, ‘crazy’, ‘more liberal minded’, ‘sane’? Where, now, is your SUBSTANCE to back up all these arguments ad hominem? Some would say that these are the words of a REACTIONARY, and yet you tout them as ‘more liberal minded’.

Let me leave you with these quotes from the Founding Generation.

~ Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government. ~ James Madison

~ The truth is that all men having power ought to be mistrusted. ~ James Madison

~ The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government – lest it come to dominate our lives and interests. ~ Patrick Henry

~ The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself. ~ Benjamin Franklin

~ The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed and that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of press. ~ Thomas Jefferson

~ Timid men prefer the calm of despotism to the tempestuous sea of liberty. ~ Thomas Jefferson

~ I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground: That ‘all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States or to the people’ . To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specifically drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible to any definition. ~ Thomas Jefferson

~ For the power given to Congress by the Constitution does not extend to the internal regulation of the commerce of a State (that is to say, of the commerce between citizen and citizen,) which remain exclusively with its own legislature; but to its external commerce only, that is to say, its commerce with another State, or with foreign nations, or with the Indian tribes. ~ Thomas Jefferson

~ To take from one because it is thought that his own industry and that of his father’s has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association — the guarantee to every one of a free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it. ~ Thomas Jefferson
